Agreement

These Terms govern your use of AppTruffle, its website, and related data provided by COCOTOFY LLC. By using AppTruffle, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. The iPhone app is also governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Research data and estimates

AppTruffle organizes public App Store information and produces modeled download, revenue, momentum, opportunity, and keyword signals. These values are estimates, may be incomplete or wrong, and are not supplied or endorsed by Apple or the listed app developers.

Do not treat AppTruffle as financial, legal, investment, or business advice. Verify important decisions with primary sources and your own research.

License and acceptable use

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use AppTruffle on Apple devices you own or control. You may not resell the dataset, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, distribute malicious code, or use AppTruffle unlawfully.

Third-party services

AppTruffle links to Apple App Store pages and relies on Apple and Cloudflare for public metadata and delivery. Third-party names, icons, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their services, terms, and availability are outside our control.

Availability and liability

AppTruffle is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, COCOTOFY LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the app, website, or estimates. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Changes and contact

We may update AppTruffle and these Terms as the product or applicable requirements change. The current effective date will appear above. Questions can be sent through AppTruffle Support.
